Our Ground

St Kilda Baseball Club is located at Tom O'Halloran's Field - Hockey Drive, Albert Park, close to South Melbourne and Melbourne CBD. Home games and training practice are at this ground.

SKBC is easily accessible by public transport with St Kilda Rd trams only a 5 minute walk away, Windsor railway station is 10 minutes away and the #96 St Kilda Beach tram from Bourke/Spencer Sts places you just 2-3 minutes away (get off at the Fraser St stop).

Car Parking is usually available in close proximity to the field, but be careful of those foul balls - don’t park directly behind the infield fence!

Facilities

Our club enjoys the use of a full size playing field (the Tom O’Halloran Field), lovingly cared for by Sean O’Halloran and Parks Victoria. We will continue to have access to recycled water from Albert Park Lake, ensuring our field holds up to those longish hot summers.

We also have a substantial pavilion with a canteen providing catered sandwiches, amazing hotdogs and a great selection of beverages. The Cox McKenzie pavilion typically plays host to most of our club social events, after-training pizza nights, and provides great skyline Melbourne views.

Albert Park uses a ticketed parking system in place 24/7. All park users must have a valid ticket or a parking pass even whilst participating in sporting fixtures. To avoid parking fines, use any of the parking meters available - check if a physical ticket is needed on the dashboard.

Show up and Park

8am – 5pm weekdays:  $6.00 per hour

After 5pm weekdays:  $6.00 flat rate

Weekend flat rate:  $6.00 per day

Parking Passes

Members of our club (Seniors & Juniors) may also purchase seasonal (3 or 6-monthly) parking permits through Parks Victoria. By providing a copy of your club registration invoice with the relevant parking form below.
